1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or engaging with any service offered by AMB Logistic, including but not limited to freight transportation, warehousing, dispatch, consultation, or digital communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable federal and state laws. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services and Liabilities

AMB Logistic offers various freight and logistics services including but not limited to:

1. Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL)
2. Refrigerated and Padded Van Shipping
3. Ocean, Rail, and Air Freight
4. Warehousing and Packaging
5. Last-Mile Delivery and Dispatch Solutions

While we ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by natural disasters, government orders, road closures, port congestion, war, or uncontrollable third-party events.

Insurance Coverage

All shipments are covered by standard carrier liability in accordance with FMCSA and DOT guidelines. Clients may request additional insurance coverage at time of booking.

3. Data Security & Privacy

We maintain bank-grade security protocols to protect customer data, shipment tracking, invoices, and client communication.

1. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit
2. Role-based access controls govern employee permissions
3. Our servers and storage are compliant with SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 standards where applicable
4. AMB will never sell, share, or expose client information without prior consent unless required by law

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, software, and communication materials on amblogistic.us are the exclusive intellectual property of AMB Logistic. Any duplication, reproduction, or commercial use without explicit written consent will result in legal action under U.S. Copyright and Trademark Law.

5. Compliance with U.S. Law

AMB Logistic operates in strict compliance with:

1. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)
2. Department of Transportation (DOT)
3. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
4. Transportation Security Administration (TSA)
5. Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)

All engagements, contracts, and shipping services are governed under U.S. federal and Michigan state jurisdiction.

6. Claims & Disputes

Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery or scheduled delivery.

1. AMB reserves the right to investigate all claims
2. Proof of loss or damage must be included
3. We aim to resolve all verified claims within 15 business days

For unresolved disputes, arbitration will be governed by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Wayne County, Michigan.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

1. Use our services for illegal goods or contraband
2. Manipulate routing systems, software, or tracking data
3. Impersonate AMB personnel or partners
4. Engage in spam, harassment, or malicious behavior toward our staff or systems

Violations will result in immediate suspension and potential legal prosecution.

8. Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Disclaimer

When utilizing our services via third-party carriers or brokers:

1. AMB acts as a logistics facilitator, not the carrier
2. Liability is governed by the Bill of Lading issued at shipment initiation
3. Additional 3PL-specific terms may apply

9. Modification of Terms

AMB Logistic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the latest version. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to updated terms.
